Teens HELP

A big part of teen life is about relationships, whether you are thinking about starting one or in the middle of one. We help teens learn about themselves so they can identify the level of risk they are experiencing for heartbreak, legal trouble, unplanned pregnancy, & infections.

Some schools in Northern New York are providing evidence-based sexual health education but it’s not always available when teens really need it. We’ve worked with teens to bring you what teens say they need the most in a way that meets their needs. With short written lessons, a question box, & a thought provoking game teens can find what they need without feeling judged or talked down to.

In addition we can help teens find a medical provider in St. Lawrence, Lewis, & Jefferson Counties who promises confidential sexual health care. If they choose to have sex, teens can use our medically accurate information to make healthy decision including when to see a medical provider for STI screening, advice, contraception, & pregnancy tests.
